Beacon Montessori School is a Montessori toddler, preschool, and kindergarten program in Weston, Massachusetts. This policy applies to our website, beaconms.org. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.

Information you give us.When you request a tour, send us a message, or apply for a job, we collect what you enter in the form. For families that is usually your name, email address, phone number, your child’s first name and age, and anything you write in the message. For job applicants it is your name, contact details, and the information you choose to share about your experience.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic usage data such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, and an approximate location, through standard web analytics. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell your information.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry, schedule a visit, and follow up with you
• Answer questions about our programs, tuition, and admissions
• Review applications from people interested in working with us
• Understand how the website is used so we can improve it

When you submit a form, your message reaches us through our messaging system and by email to our admissions inbox, so a member of staff can reply. We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the website and communicate with families, and only so they can perform that work for us:

• A content delivery and security provider (Cloudflare) that serves and protects the website
• A web analytics provider (Google Analytics) that measures site usage
• Our email provider, which delivers messages between you and the school
• Our messaging platform, which routes and stores inquiries so we can respond

Enrollment paperwork is handled separately through Brightwheel, which has its own privacy policy.

Our forms ask for a child’s first name and age only so we can talk with you about the right program and plan a visit. This website is meant for parents and guardians, not for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children through the site.

We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Analytics runs only on our live site, not on internal previews.

We keep inquiry and application information only as long as we need it to respond to you and for our records, and then we remove it.
