Inna Esterkina
About
Inna Esterkina is the co-founder and Head of School at Beacon. A passionate advocate for children’s social-emotional development, she holds a graduate degree in History and Children’s Psychology. With her background as a children’s psychologist, Inna is committed to fostering a growth mindset at any age and believes deeply in the value of a supportive community for the well-being of children and families.
Inna’s journey with the Montessori Method began in 2012 when her daughter, Sofiya, entered a Montessori Primary classroom, followed later by her son, Michael. Inspired by their positive experiences, Inna pursued Montessori education, studying the Montessori Early Childhood Program at the Northeast Montessori Institute (accredited by AMS – American Montessori Association).
In her spare time, Inna enjoys traveling, sightseeing, reading, spending time with family and friends, and continuing her self-development.
